The Raytown Quality Schools Parent Portal is a tool designed to enhance communication and involvement for you in your child's education. This portal will allow you to monitor your child's progress in school by providing timely access to both assignments and grades that are entered by the teacher throughout the grading period. This communication tool will improve your ability to assist your child and to communicate with the teacher if necessary.

In order to create a Raytown Quality Schools Parent Portal account online, you must have a valid email address. If you are unable to create an account, contact the Residency and Enrollment Department for assistance by emailing our office at residency@raytownschools.org or calling 816.268.7035.

I DO NOT Have an Account Registered on the Parent Portal: Choose this option if you are brand new to the district and do not have a parent portal created in FOCUS.
Once you have created your parent account and filled in your student's information, you will be presented with several applications.

Please only complete ONE of the following applications:
  • New Student Enrollment Application: This is for new students that live within the Raytown School District boundaries.
  • New or Out of District/Employee Enrollment Application: This is for new students that live outside of the Raytown School District boundaries.
  • Herndon Out of District Enrollment Application: DO NOT complete this form unless you have been given prior direction.
